Samuel Wallworth ( 1771 - by 1816 )

 

42.          SAMUEL WALLWORTH (of William7 , of Thomas6 , of Thomas5 , of John4 , of Thomas3 , of Thomas2 , of Thomas1 )  was born in Eaton, Tarporley parish, Cheshire, England and was christened on January 5, 1771 at Tarporley church.

 

Father:     William Wallworth   (No.32)

Mother:     Mary Hormby

 

Samuel Wallworth moved with his parents to Alsager Hall in Barthomley parish, Cheshire between 1771 and 1774.

Samuel married ELLEN ---?--- by 1808.

Perhaps Ellen’s last name would be Colclough ?  Their youngest son is named Thomas Colclough Wallworth.  There was a James Colclough in the area that was a Victualler.

Samuel Wallworth died between 1813 when his youngest child was christened and 1816 when he was mentioned as deceased in his father’s Will.  William Wallworth signed his will on April 30, 1816.

64.          ANN WALLWORTH   was born in Alsager and was christened October 21, 1808 at Christchurch, Alsager, Cheshire.

Ann was mentioned in her grandfather’s Will.  William Wallworth signed his Will on April 30, 1816.

In the 1851 census of Great Bolton, Lancashire, we find at Bradshaw Gate a Joseph Cork, age 42, Hotel Keeper, born in Newcastle, Staffordshire.  In the household, was listed a Ann Walworth, age 42, unmarried, visitor, cousin, spinster, born at Alsager, Cheshire.

65.          GEORGE WALLWORTH   was christened February 3, 1810 at Christchurch, Alsager, Cheshire.  George was mentioned in his grandfather’s Will.  William Wallworth signed his Will on April 30, 1816.

66.          JOHN WALLWORTH   was christened 1810 at Christchurch, Alsager, Cheshire.  John was mentioned in his grandfather’s Will.  William Wallworth signed his Will on April 30, 1816.

67.          THOMAS COLCLOUGH WALLWORTH   was christened September 19, 1813 at Christchurch, Alsager, Cheshire.  Thomas was mentioned in his grandfather’s Will.  William Wallworth signed his Will on April 30, 1816.
