Thomas Wallworth is the progenitor of the Wallworths in Central Cheshire, England.   Nothing is known of where he came from or who were his parents.  All we know is that he was living in Frodsham parish, Cheshire from the 1570’s or earlier.

Thomas Wallworth married CATHERINE WOODWARD on December 21, 1578 in St. Lawrence church in Frodsham.

Thomas Wallworth was buried December 16, 1592 at St. Lawrence church, Frodsham.

From the parish register of St. Lawrence, Frodsham there is an interesting entry for the date of March 18, 1612/1613 "This Daye there was an Earthquake about 7 of ye clock in ye morning".  The word Earthquake was written large and bold.

Catherine Wallworth died in Norley, Cheshire and was buried on May 15, 1623 at St. Lawrence church, Frodsham.
