A second entry on familysearch.org database mentioned that were married on 28 Nov 1825.  So the original source is needed to be looked at to figure if the marriage actually occurred in November or December.

William and Jane Sadler were living in Burnham, Essex from the time of their marriage to about 1840.

There were in Creeksea, Essex for a shortwhile in the 1840to 1841 period, that is because from census records none of the children were listed as born in Creeksea.

In 1841, William and Jane Sadler were living at Ferry Cottage in Creeksea, Essex.  William was a Sailor.

Somewhere between 1861 and 1871, some of the Sadler family members moved from Burnham, Essex to Camberwell, London.  Three of the daughters were married in the London areas.  And Jane Sadler was living there too.

It is not known if William Sadler lived in Camberwell, London before he died.

William Sadler died between 1861 and 1871.

In 1871, Jane Sadler, a widow was a lodger in the household of Henry Goody in 131 Sumner Road in Camberwell, London.

In 1881, Jane Sadler, a widow, was living in 25 Pitt Street, Camberwell, London.  Jane was described as Nearly Blind.

She was the second family in a household of three families.  The third family has a wife that was born in Burnham, Essex so she may have been a relative to Jane Sadler.  I included that family as well.
